Strategic collaboration to expand cow dung-based organic product manufacturing and distribution

Formoura Private Limited and Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited have entered into a strategic manufacturing and marketing collaboration to expand the reach of cow dung-based organic products in India and international markets.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding, the companies will work together on the manufacturing and commercial distribution of cow dung-based organic manure, granules, and liquid organic fertilisers.
Roles and responsibilities
- Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited: Manufacturing of the agreed products.
- Formoura Private Limited: Marketing, sales, and distribution across India and international markets.
The collaboration combines Formoura’s pan-India network and growing export presence with Dharani Bio Organics’ manufacturing operations, creating opportunities for market expansion and broader product availability.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Suraj Kumar Das, CEO and Founder of Formoura Private Limited, and Ms. P. B. Anjali, identified as HSBO of Formoura, alongside Mr. G. Gurunadham, Director of Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited, Mr. Raja Reddy, Mr. Sateesh, and Mr. Elisha.
Mr. Suraj Kumar Das described the collaboration as an important step towards making cow dung-based organic products more accessible to farmers and households. Representatives of Dharani Bio Organics welcomed the partnership as an opportunity to scale manufacturing and serve a wider market.
